BBQ Fried Rice

Ingredients:

  1. Ooh Cha Cha shredded king oyster mushrooms 60g

  2. Corn 50g

  3. Broccoli 30g

  4. Yellow Onion 30g

  5. Your favorite rice (cooked) 150g

  6. 1 tbsp olive oil

  7. Pinch of salt and black pepper

Method:

  1. Turn on medium heat, wait for the pan to heat up for about 15 seconds before adding oil.

  2. Toss in the diced onion and saute the smell of the onion becomes sweet, then add broccoli and corn. Stir fry for 2 minutes.

  3. Add Ooh Cha Cha shredded mushrooms. Cook 1 minute.

  4. Add rice and sprinkle in black pepper and salt. Stir fry for one minute until hot.
