Amnesty meeting: LGBTI rights
March 26 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Welcome everyone who is interested in meeting other like-minded people and making new friends while discussing about human rights in a both safe and informal setting.
The first of the monthly Amnesty International English speaking group meetings will take place in a very special place, Ooh Cha Cha – a plant based restaurant that caters to all kinds of diets (gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan), on Tuesday from 19:00 to 21:00.
Topic: LGBTI rights
Speaker: Ethan Wang (LGBTI rights in Taiwan)
Each month we will discuss a different topic, have a different speaker or movie screening related to the topic. We will also introduce individual cases and take action – write appeal letters to demand justice on behalf of people who need our support (and/or write letters of support to them directly, if possible/available).
There is no entrance fee, we just ask each attendee to please get one item (can be a drink, soup, burger, cake, etc.).
If you have any questions or are not able to find the place, feel free to call me on my cell 0958640303 (Kristina).
